Joseph is a registered physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1999. He has extensive experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunctions and neurological diseases such as stroke & Parkinson’s disease. He specializes in manual therapy, acupuncture, and exercise prescription. He is also registered with the Ministry of Health as an ADP authorizer to prescribe and to obtain subsidized mobility devices such as wheelchairs and walkers.

Joseph has been practicing acupuncture since 2008 when he completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture for Health Professionals at McMaster University. Besides conditions in the musculoskeletal systems, he also utilized scalp acupuncture for patients with stroke & Parkinson’s disease.

In 2015, Joseph has also successfully obtained a Diploma in Osteopathy Manipulative Practice at the Southern College of Osteopathy and is currently registered with the Ontario Federation of Osteopathic Professionals (O.F.O.P.), which is an association that is recognized by insurance companies.

Being both a physiotherapist and an osteopathic manual practitioner. Joseph is passionate about providing a holistic approach to restore balance in the body, which is often the key to improve dysfunction and pain. Joseph is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Susan Leung

Susan graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Kinesiology prior to obtaining her Masters in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University. Susan had planned on becoming a physiotherapist ever since she was a teenager, after sustaining multiple injuries herself. She finds joy and satisfaction in having a career that allows her to assist others in moving better to live better. Susan conducts detailed assessments, and is a firm believer in working together with her clients to develop goals that are meaningful to them. She takes the time to educate clients on their condition, and treats the body as a whole to correct dysfunctional movement patterns and muscular imbalances to prevent re-injuries.

Susan has taken post-graduate courses in Mulligan Concepts and Soft Tissue Release. She has successfully challenged her Advanced Diploma in Manual and Manipulative Therapy from the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.

Susan also has a special interest in Pelvic Health and is certified in the assessment and treatment of the pelvic floor musculature. During her spare time, Susan enjoys jogging, biking, traveling, shopping for succulents, and spending time with her dog Minnie

Dr. Mylinh Duong

Dr. Mylinh Duong has been practicing chiropractic for 20 years. She graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Science and then continued her education at Northeast College of Health Sciences where she obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

Dr. Duong enjoys working with individuals of all athletic backgrounds so she can share her enthusiasm for healthy living and fitness. With that passion, she is always focusing on finding the origin of the problem and address the issue to attain the highest level of function to reach optimal health. Dr. Duong utilizes a combination of chiropractic adjustments, mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, modalities, acupuncture and most importantly exercise for her treatments.

With over 10 years of clinical experience, I am a Registered Massage Therapist and Acupuncturist proficient in various modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, pediatric, and prenatal massage, as well as acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, and reflexology. My expertise lies in providing holistic care to clients, addressing their unique needs and promoting overall well-being through therapeutic techniques.
